Andrea supports the Corporate and Investment Funds practice groups in our Cayman Islands office and is focused on the establishment and maintenance of investment fund vehicles, including companies, partnerships and unit trusts, in the Cayman Islands. She  assists with a broad range of Cayman Islands corporate and commercial transactions including the  formation and maintenance of corporate and partnership structures.

Prior to joining EdMills LawFirm Andrea previously worked in the corporate department of a Cayman Islands law firm and for a large Cayman Islands financial services firm.
